Key values of enterprises organizational culture. Evaluation and shaping

Abstract

The treatise, because of its feature, may be defined as a treatise with theoretical-cognitive feature. In its creation, describing-empirical methods were used. In reference to opinions presented in the literature, critical and comparative analysis methods were used. To research empirical phenomenons, a synthesis of quality and quantity analysis of gained research materials was used. Analytical researches concerned diagnosis, evaluation and shaping of key values of organizational culture in examined entrepreneurships. In order to achieve this, the author’s conception and typology of key values of organizational culture Keyso® were used, and on that base, their diagnosis and evaluation was performed and manners of its shaping were presented. Researches were conducted from September to December 2011 in five entrepreneurships in: Poland, Russia, Ukraine, China and Hong Kong.
