TR Outsourcing in Transnational Corporations

Abstract

The measure of the strength of the company is its ability to operate in growing globalization circumstances, the ability to adapt to constantly changing economic conditions and to maintain and develop its competitiveness. Outsourcing and HR outsourcing may be appropriate tool for this. The dissertation presents the essence of outsourcing, its types and models, advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats. It also shows the motives for the choice, the steps of introducing similar changes and the scale of this phenomenon in recent years in Poland and abroad. Also defines anew the concept of outsourcing HR. Through the outsourcing models analysis in different countries and continents, there are presented the mam trends and directions of its development, also its similarities and differences of using. The dynamie development of modern business services and HR outsourcing in Poland is conductive to raising the competitivencss of enterprises and the entire national economy. This is presented in the last chapter of dissertation. There was studied HR outsourcing in foreign and domestic companies. Analyzed its stimulators and barriers to growth, and also shown its influence on changes of business organization. Outsourcing is presented as an effective tool of enterprises globalization, conducive the development of its competitiveness and productivity.
