Coaching as a method of developing manager’s potential in international companies

Abstract

The content of this paper is a description of coaching as a method allowing the development of professional potential managers. This work is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is a detailed description of the coaching process, with its definition, types and characteristic elements. The next chapter deals with theories, methods and tools related to the development of employees. The third chapter is a review of existing approaches to capacity management in contemporary organizations. The final chapter presents the results of empirical research, which allow for positive verification of hypotheses. They say about the high assessment of the effectiveness of coaching in the group, both managers and those professionals responsible for development in the organization. And also about the advantages of coaching in comparison to other development methods in the context of assessing their effectiveness
