Impact of cconomic system on social inequalities

Abstract

The dissertation presents the correlation analysis between the level of liberalization of the economic system, income inequality, and macroeconomic stability. The main result presented in this dissertation is that the level of liberalization of the economic system is strongly related with the level of inequality. The level of income inequality is on the other band strongly related to the macroeconomic stability. Countries of high level of economic liberalization have large inequalities and lower macroeconomic stability than countries with lower level of economic liberalization
