Menedżer w obliczu zmiany organizacyjnej
AbstractThe paper presents deductive, synthetic, and holistic model of determinants of the implementation of organizational change in a company. It contains such groups of factors, as: company in system perspective (with its sub-systems: technical, economic and financial, social, and organizational), the external environment, the set of available concepts, methods and tools of management, as well as competences and psychological characteristics of managers. All mentioned factors are considered in their mutual conditions. The model needs to be detailed and verified empirically, what are considered as further research tasks.
