The Problems of Project Teams Functioning in Supply Chains – the Results of Empirical Research

The interoperability of various actors in the supply chain is based primarily on a variety of standardized processes, but more and more often also on projects. The research conducted by the authors shows that the tool for merging and joint operations of supply chain entities is setting up and the maintaining the operation of cross-functional and above all cross-organizational project teams therein. The results presented in the article are the result of empirical research carried out in 2019. The subject of the article concerns problems in creating, coordinating and integrating work within the appointed project teams. The considerations made in the article are of literature and empirical character.
