Cross-generational transgressions of work attitudes
AbstractAn article touches upon some aspects of transgressions of work attitudes, which can be found in the historically exceptional clash of generations, characterizing so-called late capitalism, which is inhabited by four distinctly shaped generations: Traditionalists (1920-1945), with the most distinctive cohort named the Greatest Generation (1918-1930)), sometimes called The ‘Good times’ Generation or Veterans; Baby Boomers (1946-1964); Generation Xers (1965-1980); Millennials, wrongly described as Generation Y (1981-1999).
