Risk associated with employee participation in the process of strategy implementation versus company size

Joanna Radomska

Abstract

This chapter investigates the relationship between the risk associated with the employee’s participation at the stage of strategy implementation and the size of the company. The results showed no correlation between them, so engaging employees at the stage of developing strategy and providing them with decision-making power is not burdened with a greater degree of risk in large companies.
