Nowadays, the growing need to regenerate the physical, mental and spiritual forces, which one consumes by actively contributing to the socio-economic development of civilization, can be observed. An important role in improving and enhancing the health of individuals and societies are spas, which by means of preventive and curative treatment meet the health needs of visitors. The aim of the article is to identify changes in the structure of products offered by spa companies in Lower Silesia (Poland) and to identify the underlying factors influencing these changes. The article is based on primary data collected by the means of structured interview with representatives of selected spa companies.
