Forma zatrudnienia jako czynnik różnicujący podejście do doskonalenia zawodowego pracowników
AbstractThe article discusses problems of personnel development in the conditions of non-standard employment forms. On initiating the research it was assumed that the changing scope and methods for implementing non-standard employment forms in enterprises imply the need to analyse the process of personnel development covering workers employed based on non-standard employment forms. The empirical studies conducted using the case study method and covering a group of large as well small and medium enterprises were focused on solving explorative and explanatory problems. The conducted objective and comparative analysis allowed presenting conclusions of which the most important one provides that in analysed personnel area no significant differences were identified in approaching the realization of personnel development process covering non-standard and standard employees.
