Interests of Employees in Polish State Railways Companies (PKP S.A.)
AbstractOrganizational success largely depends on solutions in the area of human and work. approach to employees depends on both external and internal circumstances. The interest in employees and their expectatins has a positive effect on organizational performance. However, orientation of attitudes and behaviours of employees towards the achievment of the organization's aim requiresknowledge about their interests, both those protected by law and those that are employer's responsibility. Furthermore, it is especially important to determine the priority of individual interests, especially due to motivational potential of meeting these priorities. Ensuring a sense of fulfilment of interests among employees requires an increase in ther involvement in problems of the organization.
