Abstract

Goal of the article is to contribute to answer to the question if organization of teaching process in Management programs at the Universities increases students both knowledge and skills. Authors have formulated four research questions that are based on the knowledge modularity and transfer concept. Method of the research consists in checking of presence of the science knowledge modules and knowledge transfer in syllabi (366 bachelor syllabi and 333 master level syllabi at three Polish universities have been checked) of Management program. Authors have found that there is a very small number of elements belonging to the particular knowledge modules present in the analyzed syllabi and that the transfer of knowledge between them is not visible. Authors suggest some improvements of Management programs at the universities based on their research results.
