Human Resources as a Key Determinant of Success in an Expedition Project

AbstractThe purpose of this article is to demonstrate the key role of human resources in achieving success in an expedition project. The author defines the concept of an expedition project and presents a set of features that should be perfectly matched by a team. At the same time, the unusually important role of the leader was presented and the criteria described in detail, the fulfillment of which defines the success of the expedition project. The impact of the human factor on the success of an expedition project is conditioned by a properly selected team managed by a leader who builds partner relationships and motivates subordinates accordingly.
