AbstractIn the conditions of changes in the labor market and the emerging employee market, more and more employers are asking themselves the question: how to acquire and retain high-level employees in the company? Special demand in the labor market occurs in the IT sector. Motivational expectations of IT specialists, and factors important to retain them in the organization have been identified in the article on the basis of literature studies and own research conducted during discussions with IT directors and surveys as well.
