Abstract

The aim of this paper is to present problems of healthcare system in Poland. The subject of the analysis is Polish healthcare system, and in particular the possibility of using remote consultation platform that will improve cooperation/communication between primary care physicians and specialist doctors. Qualitative research methodology was used to acquire the knowledge and determine organizational solutions to improve cooperation and communication between primary care physicians and medical specialists, as well as to improve patient service processes, and public healthcare system.
