Internet jako nowoczesne medium komunikacji pracodawców z pokoleniem Y
AbstractThe paper is undertaking the issue of employer communication with Y generation representatives in the virtual space. The communication is considered as the one of the elements of external personal marketing that allows the employers to achieve their recruitment and image goals. The specificity of the Y generation leads to the assumption that the new medium – the Internet – is of key importance in this area. The aim of the paper is to determine the possibilities offered by the Internet to employers in the area of effective communication with the Y generation. The study used desk research and direct questionnaire surveys. The obtained results confirm the growing importance of the Internet in the communication of employers with Millennials. According to the research, there is a growing willingness to look for information about employers using the Internet – including job placement websites, “Career” tabs and employers' websites.
