Wartości kulturowe jako podstawa kształtowania pożądanych postaw i zachowań w grupach kapitałowych
AbstractThis paper describes organizational values which are considered to be a framework for shaping appropriate attitudes and behaviour of employees. An overview of definitions by various authors concerning the notion of „organizational values” has been included in the theoretical part of the paper. Functions and roles played by organizational values and their importance for human capital management in organizations have also been described in it. Cultural values recognized in the three corporate groups have been analysed and evaluated in the course of empirical studies supervised by the Author of the article.
